1. Yes. I didn't write a post attacking her. I wrote a post commenting on her (and mostly her husband's) hypocritical desire for both privacy and a Netflix interview and a book deal. That's about them as a couple and nothing to do with her skin colour. It's a fair criticism and I stand by it.

2. Yes. Because what Harry seems to want is an optional monarchy. I happen to think the monarchy is very cruel to those individuals involved in it. I think it is unfair to put them (particularly the children) under the level of media scrutiny they are under. Harry opted out, has more than enough money to live a quiet suburban and obscure life somewhere away from the global press. He consistently elects to leverage private information about 'royalty' in order to remain politically and socially relevant. I just wish he'd fuck off and be middle class and quiet. For that reason I can critique him the same as I can with any other 'celebrity'.

3. Because I call them 'Ginge and the Whinge', mostly for comedic effect. Anti-racism isn't about siding with the nearest person with an increased melanin level. I didn't have to immediately advocate for Samuel Little to be released because he's African-American. People are judged on what they do, not what their inherited characteristics happen to be. To suggest otherwise is simplistic and naive.

4. I allow everyone to post everything under my articles. I believe in freedom of speech as an absolute - so I have no idea what this is about.

5. You aren't obliged to feel sorry for racists. You can say what you like. As I've said.... I'm a free-speech advocate. BUT, there is a caveat - and that caveat is simple. If you want things to be better for marginalised people of different races, then you're going to have to find a way of communicating that doesn't immediately empower the white supremacists. Everything the Neo Nazis say about non-whites is that they're sub-human, don't have any feelings and are coming to replace them. You are exactly the sort of willing idiot who writes the stuff they can point at.

You are a BIPOC writer who upholds white supremacy, either through ignorance, stupidity or just sheer bloody-mindedness about the consequences of your writing. You can say what you like... you are not obliged to feel sorry for anyone, but what you've said is.... 'I'm glad this white woman with three kids has cancer, because she's white' and what you've done is alienate moderates, cemented black-prejudice and made the rest of us who are working towards a more cohesive society have to work harder.....

Plus, everything Rex said.
