1. You can't control what other people think or don't think - any energy you spend trying to 'mind read' other people is wasted energy and a fundamental root cause of social anxiety in all its flavours.

2. See point 1 because it's important.

3. Social interactions are exactly that. Social. Chat to guys, chat to girls, chat to whoever. Be yourself and more importantly be happy being yourself. Once you have mastered this, then any social interactions you have will likely work out better.

4. Read point 1 again.

5. If you are constantly analysing what you're doing and how you're doing it, then you aren't living in the present. You cannot 'vibe' with people. The brain will force you either into the past 'What did I just say' or the future 'what should I say next' - both of these things will make you appear a bit off. Go into every interaction with zero expectations and zero fucks to give.

6. Do not take Babycakes to heart, she'd show up to the opening of an envelope if it meant she could kick a man in the balls as a reward.

7. Read point 1 again.

8. Rinse repeat the above list until you don't feel the need to analyse yourself or (more crucially) other people. Be happy. Happiness happens in the spontaneity of the present moment. :o)
