A nice balance, a welcome change from many pieces on this site. I think the world is better divided along ‘asshat’ and ‘not asshat’ lines.

If many of the articles on this website were written solely about the type of woman your friend dated…. And these articles were buoyed up by endless comments about narcissistic bitches and how typical this woman is of other women…. It’d be rightly named misandry. Your article stands out because it’s balanced…. It isn’t the standard misandrist posting as feminism position currently en vogue - and you’ve concluded (rightly in my opinion) this is a human problem. Great work, very compelling writing.
