Absolutely don't play that game - don't pitch anything anywhere but TV companies and theatres - and they get it the way it falls out of my head. I'm not footering around either, if people don't like the formatting, they're welcome to change it. I have a Medium house style and if I was going to open my publication up (and I'm not) then it'd be my job to make their words fit my format. I'm the one with silly rules. Footering is a great word too btw.
