Agreed. But waiting a day or two days to come out and say 'I'm very pleased the jury reached the decision they did with the overwhelming evidence available' doesn't indicate bias before the fact. He needed only to say 'no comment' for a few days more.

When dealing with irrational people and conspiracy theorists it's not smart to play into those biases. It wasn't the same level of own-goal stupidity that Maxine Waters enacted, but it also wasn't the smartest move from Mr Biden. The judiciary needs to be left alone and out of politics when its busy doing what the judiciary does.
