It's fascinating stuff that I'd never heard about, we don't have 'bees' over here. I'd heard of spelling bee, but it's not part of Europen culture at all. Quilting bees were completely new to me - and in my county I'd be considered relatively well-read about the US - I think it's an article that would do very well and you can't waste all your awesome writing powers battling me in obscure comment threads. :o)
