Tim is an excellent writer and his work is exceptional well written but I am team Shetterly on this one - alleviating the financial burden on people of all skin colours would greatly reduce the levels of direct and dangerous racism. When it's dog-eat-dog, it's very easy to find an out-group. Excellent article. :o)
