As glib as this is as a question, you've got to the root of the issue. Yes we were watching the same trial.... but the reason we have a jury and the reason we have an adversarial court system is to neutralise all the biases that we have on social media. A trial, officiated by a skilled judge, should deal with facts and guide a jury towards a fair conclusion based on the evidence they've seen. That's what happened. You may have seen different things to me - and we may have taken different stances if we were in the jury and we were deliberating but I don't think you can throw out the prcocess because you don't like the result.
