Bigotry, the act of being a bigot, is simply an inability to listen to the POV of people who have a different view from yourself. It has nothing to do with the position you take. The problem with modern discourse doesn't sit with either Rogan or Ms K, the problem sits with the fact that both are only talking to their echo chamber. Those people who listen to Jordan Peterson won't listen to Marley K and vice versa. You fit firmly into a group of people into whom Marley's words resonate... which means you believe anyone who has a problem with those words must be a bigot.

You might attack Jordan Peterson but I doubt you've ever sat through one of his lectures. I don't agree with his politics, but his Psychology lectures are fascinating and the man has some interesting and well-reasoned positions on identity politics. Even if you don't agree with him (and I don't on a lot of stuff) it is far better to listen to what they have to say and counter it than refer to them as 'these right wings' and dismiss everything they say.

If nothing else, the fact Joe Rogan is one of the most popular podcasters on the planet should give you pause for thought. Something they're saying is resonating with people. Marley would likely say this is right-wing-white-privilege and perhaps she's right, which begs the question... .what's so appealing about that right now? I have an answer. The answer is the sheer complexity and venom of identity politics as put out by the left. Joe Rogan is a products of the backlash against the confusing doctrines that prop up much of the identarian left. That means something about the message of anti-racism isn't getting where it needs to go. The methodology is flawed and backfiring, the left have their own bigotry problem highly prevalent on platforms like this one.
