It's been interesting watching the movement into textual conversations - particularly the tendency of my grandmother TO CAPITALISE EVERYTHING LIKE SHE'S SHOUTING AND TO END EVERY TEXT MESSAGE. LOVE NAN. In my head she's shouting, in her head it's just how people write things down because she writes in capitals too. We have a completely different subjective experience of how her words are presented.

i don't mind all lowercase but i don't feel like it gives a chill and breezy vibe, it feels like i'm getting english wrong.
