Normalising the behaviour is buying into it, you wouldn't negotiate with a toddler throwing a tantrum, you'd stick him/her on the naughty step and give them a time out. Fuentes needs that. A societal time out. The current situation simply rewards his behaviour - condemnation is its own reward. He doesn't care what sort of attention he gets, good, bad, annoyed, amazed - but there will be no end of twats doing this sort of thing if they get a guaranteed rise out of the electorate. The only sensible and progressive thing to do is take the high road and ignore the grotty little bastard - better still, just laugh and get on with doing the daily grind. :o)
