Don't get me wrong, I don't think this is in anyway a good idea and there are questions arising about the potential for grooming in that scenario - however, as both people are adults and neither is currently in a position of trust (British law) I have to assume each is cognisant of the risks and rewards to both their mental wellbeing and their reputation.
My mother recalls that one of her friends ran off with the PE teacher from her school. They were happily married for 40 something years and had two kids before he died (as he was somewhat older). Whilst we might not approve of such things, we have to be very careful of not disempowering people from making their own choices.
