Excellent article. I'm somewhat sceptical of somatic psychology, it leans a little too much into post-modern woo-woo for my liking (if I feel it, it therefore must be true) but there's a compelling case to unpick here and there has to be a balance between subjective and objective. I'm not sure how we get that balance - but you've given this bird food for thought. :o)
