Factionalism cannot be meted out, the seeds of it can be sown however. When the left stops appealing to the centre, it moves to the right. The message coming out of the left does not appeal to the lower middle class who are predominantly white. Identity politics is a middle class metropolitan issue that doesn't intersect with a number of your voters. That could be because, as you've said, they don't like you being loud - it could be because you're being loud about the wrong things. Perhaps greater emphasis on social good and less emphasis on skin colour might appeal more.
Your centre is moving right - but that's because the anger and greviences appeal and the left is providing no viable alternative. It's full of infighting and bitching by niche interest groups about how they are the most oppressed. Minority groups should stand up for their rights to exist, but many groups are standing up for their rights at the expense of other groups. Blacks vs Jews, Trans women vs women, asians vs everyone.
You have no idea about my body. You have no idea what laws have or haven't been imposed upon it. You have presumed.
The right are scapegoating and the left doesn't have an answer apart from screaming 'you're all fucking stupid' at the centre. That's not the best strategy and its not having anywhere near the necessary affect to kick right wing fascism into the long grass.
