Secondly, great read. Very enjoyable... I'm intrigued by this war and I'm confused about where it will go. I think the most worrying development has been the expansion away from warfare as we know them, into something that feels like Instagram Vietnam with some crazy free-radicals.

I wrote a piece a few weeks ago about Total War Plus.... which I think you'd enjoy. I'm concerned that both America and Russia are going to need to fragment into smaller ideologically aligned groups. That'll create a scary situation of smaller more radical areas of the world that are both heavily armed and ideologically possessed. I'm not sure the US can survive Trump round two.
