Fun fact, I have an A-level in Dance (the equivalent of whatever you guys do just before University) and was very nearly top of my class after the exams. These days Penguins do not dance as much, and even back then I was far more into the psychology and metaphor of movement and the role of emotive storytelling through choreography. Unlike lots of much better dancers than me, I could write a kick ass essay about Martha Graham, Merce Cunningham or Christopher Bruce.

Sometimes I still bust out the occasional ballet move or tap step to scare the children in my classes - but not often. My knees can't take it these days and the fitness is not what it used to be. I now use music in a more sedate way - I use it when I'm writing scripts to pull the mood one way or the other. Sometimes it is a little free-flow tarot-card esque, but I have my spotify divided into emotional ranges. Perhaps I will get up and dance one day - in the privacy of my own igloo. :o)
