Generally when men in their thirties know each other well, all they seem to do is body shame. The amount of male conversations that begin with 'You've put on weight you fat bastard' and flow from there is obscene. Lovely little article - and I mean little in the sense that it was compact and absolutely nothing to do with your height, weight or general build.
