Hahahajahha loved this. You’re going to get in a lot of trouble with angry feminists…. But something about an army commissioning handjobs for terrorists appealed to my twisted sense of humour. I can’t, in good faith, endorse the plan, but I can certainly enjoy the proposal. :o)
