Having railed against the block button for so long, I am getting to the stage where this might be my best option too. Like you, I don’t mind the cut and thrust of good faith debate, but there’s very little of that around these days - and my life force is being eroded by a few regular bad faith actors who show up to call me names - and one persistent person who has uncovered my identity and has decided to crusade into my real life by calling my workplaces. We all gotta do what we gotta do to keep ourselves safe and sane in the modern world. I never thought I would contemplate being a restrictive because I hate when it’s done to me unfairly….
