He does somewhat slide under the collective radar doesn't he? I find the second tier of Nazis far more interesting than I find the top level. Collective failure is guaranteed by a hierarchical structure which favours the sneaky over the talented. Unfortunately, when you get sneaky and talented you get Heydrich. :o/
