Hehehehe. You've come out swinging - but I think it's a genuinely interesting question. Votes are limited in some ways, prisoners over here in the UK don't get to vote, neither does anyone under the age of 18.

Personally, I would put a very very very very painfully simple test at the top of the voting slip. I mean painfully simple, the sort of politics question you'd get right if you even paid any attention to the news.

ie: Put a cross next to the name of the person who has never been President.

1. Barack Obama

2. Donald J Trump

3. George W Bush

4. Mitch McConnell

It's not a trick question. It requires the slightest knowledge of current affairs of the 21st Century.

If you can't get it, you can't vote.
