He's going to have to reconcilliate his way out of the money stuff and use the exec order to get things moving. Removing the filibuster wouldn't be a smart move in the current political climate because of the four year swing between both the left and the right. I think what's probably needed is some careful legislation and peace terms around what can and can't be put through Congress - as the current legislative partisan war can't continue ad-infinitum. McConnell knows that, so what are his terms? If they can't find a way forward, every President from this point on is likely to be a lame duck. Perhaps time to separate back into a Union and Confederacy? Nuclear option :o)
