Hey! Play nice! I'm not an American leftist - I'm a British leftist. And I would't dare pander, I don't pander to either the right or the left and write whatever I enjoy writing. I usually get accused of pandering to the political right by enraged leftists, so this makes a nice change.

Anyhoo - Libertarianism. Choices choices choices. But also consequences consequences consequences. You can't divorce the latter from the former. I think there are very real consequences to not getting jabbed and it would be irresponsible to ignore those consequences and then present at a hospital at a later date. However, there may be no consequences to being unvaccinated. It's your choice at the end of the day.

I also think there are some batshit conspiracy theories out there.... Not necessarily everything that everyone is saying though. The vaccine was a lab leak may have some veracity- but certainly the Bill Gates is going to microchip our bloodstream type stuff. has a whole bunch of confirmation bias and chaos thrown in. There are, as always, gradations on these things.
