Honestly, not many people…. But a few do. There was the guy in the US who put all his staff on 70K to see what would happen. A few others, but not many.

I think the point is moot tho, because the option should be… take this pay cut so we can level up into a more egalitarian company or find a different company. People might leave, but the economics would sort itself out in the fullness of time.
