I agree…. But it’s also quite difficult to define legally. That always presents a problem; you could certainly make specific laws about certain aspects of stealthing but you wouldn’t be able to have a catch-all law. If a woman sleeps with a man because he says he owns a car he was simply renting, is this stealthing? Likewise, if a woman tells a man she is on birth control and she gets pregnant, can he prosecute her under the same law. There’s a lot to think about… and it doesn’t fit neatly into boxes and that always presents a problem for society.
