I agree - Trump does need to be indicted, and that's an important part of what is being tested. Democracy itself requires a prosecution and he should stand before a judge and argue his case (however flimsy that may be)

My concern is that the first indictment (Stormy Daniels) should've come the second he left the oval office.... and the other indictments should happen outside of an election cycle. My hesitation isn't about the process, it's about the timing.

My title isn't 'Y'all sure you want to prosecute Donald?' - because everyone in their right mind should believe that would be a good thing to do. Even if he were suspected of it (but not guilty) then he should welcome a chance to exonerate himself in a fair court... .my title is 'Y'all sure you want to prosecute Donald NOW?'

'Now' is the operative word :o/
