I agree with your sentiment, I disagree with your conclusion. I don't think white people invented racism - I think racism is a psychological precondition regarding internal bias and in-group and out-group thinking. Which you've stated. White people may have named it and monetised aspects of it across history - but I'm not sure they created it.
The reason I disagree with your conclusion is the reason I disagree with many race writers on this platform. I don't think you can resolve racism by drawing attention to race. It's the 'don't think of pink elephants' problem writ large in a social setting. To combat racism, we have to create social structures in which it cannot function. Now, I'll admit that ain't easy, but the current modus operandi won't work. What seems to be happening instead is that a lot of middle-class white and black folks seem to be getting very wealthy selling 'awareness courses'. We did go full circle when there were 'safe spaces' for minority groups.... that was anti-racists bringing in apartheid without a shred of irony.
The answer to how to reduce racism is three fold; you create community spaces and you adequately fund them with socialism to reduce poverty and resource hoarding. You make higher education free, difficult and admission by talent not nepotism or quotas. And finally, you encourage people to mix as individuals and engage with each other on other facets of their identity which aren't entirely centred on melanin levels. A black father and a white father should spend time talking about being fathers, not about their skin colour.
TLDR: always agree that ending racism is something to strive for, don't think focusing on race is the way to do it. :o)
