I also don’t understand the general doom and gloom. The vast majority of liberals seem to be about as unable to manage change as the vast majority of conservatives. But at least with conservatives what they want to do is written into the name badge…. They like it when things stay the same. Liberals, as a general rule, don’t mind change all that much - and though I fucked off to pet actual cats in 2018 and see the whole thing as a social wide dumpster fire, I find it difficult to see what’s going to actually change.
