I am also unsure why the average 13-year-old doing book reviews and dancing to shitty memes constitutes a threat to National Security. If there is a threat then it should be explained more fully as it goes against my natural instincts for the freedom to do as you please.

That said, I can't stand Tok Tok. I went on there once, got disorientated, bored and left never to return. Seems an ideal place for idiots and paedophiles. So I'll argue for the right for everyone to choose to use it, even if I absolutely will not be partaking. :o)
