I am indeed a native English speaker, but I live very close to Heathrow airport and could get to Anne's house (because I know exactly where it is) very quickly. It's about an hour flight from here to Schipol and then you head sort of vaguely forward and right when you leave Central station in Amsterdam. I wouldn't say we were neighbours, but if the Anne Frankhaus needed me to pick up some milk or something, I could be there in a few hours (flights permitting).

I'm intrigued why you think white and male might be dominant supremacies. Compared with say 'economic position' or 'medical conditions'. There may be particular advantages conferred upon you in certain settings, but these are surely not universal and permanent. For example, in a divorce court when applying for custody of your own children during a messy divorce, you may find 'male' puts you at a disadvantage. It may not. In which case, isn't the very concept of privilege entirely context dependent and a useless and reductive tool by which to view the world.

Wouldn't it be better to see the world as full of individuals who are complex, made up of multi-faceted and individual experiences and who, when placed together, should only consider getting to know each other's complexities rather than sort out a hierarchy. I believe identity politics, and particularly the tendency to over focus on hierarchies of power as anathema to real psychological progress on combatting them.

To simplify it to probably the most basic argument. You can't solve racism by drawing attention to race any more than you can put out a fire by using a flamethrower. :o)
