I am not sure that's entirely true - there may be some cases of trans-women being included in the stats, but we're talking about a rise between 2015 and 2019, and in the UK.

There have been some fairly high profile cases, Vanessa George and Sophie Elms being two of the most recent disturbing cases. Any quick search of 'female teacher suspended...' will give you a whole bunch of names. Fatinham Hossain, Kandice Barber, Shannon Parsons, Alice McBrearty, Katie Smith - to name a few I found with just a cursory search.

The reality is, the reasons for female abuse are quite complicated, often given a glamorous veneer and are still very damaging. We need to have better conversations about these things.
