I can absolutely attest to this. I have a narcissist ex-penguin in my history (but no longer in my life) and when my supply waned, I was turned off like a light switch in favour of someone else. It caused huge amounts of chaos in my other relationships and across my life in general. The sex was wild. In the full light of day, it wasn't worth the heartache.
