I didn't say rape, I said attacked. There might be many motivations a woman is attacked for wearing a short skirt, it can be culturally dependent. If a woman is attacked because she has elected to behave in a way males think is irresponsible, is it her issue or theirs?

As we've stumbled onto the issue of consent - most people consent on the basis of the information they are given. If she had agreed to have sex with Chad on the basis he wore a condom and then he deliberately didn't wear one, and didn't tell her.... would that be sexual assault?

And if that doesn't apply in reverse, why not?
