I disagree - I think the vast majority of the global citizenry has taken a more nuanced approach and appreciates the sheer complexity of the political situation - both the muslims and jews I know have been careful to consider their views in light of a multi-cultural society like London. Conversations are nuanced, intelligent and balanced and EVERYONE wants an end to suffering of both camps of people.
Having listened to the evidence, I think the removal of Hamas is necessary for any continuing negotiations to be done in anything approaching good faith. As Rex points out above.... Hamas could theoretically invite peacekeeping forces into their hospitals and their schools and conclusively demonstrate they aren't using them as military bases. They have elected not to do so. Egypt have elected not to open the border crossing. There is no easy answer - and there can't be an easy answer.
Aside from screaming 'this is debunked propaganda' you haven't debunked any of it - you've accused the OP of preaching to a psychotic choir when they have invited debate. You have shown up to the conversation adding hostility, ad-hominems and a desire not to engage in good faith. This, I'd humbly suggest is a microcosm of the problem the rest of us face. See... the 'global citizenry' doesn't stand with you. The global citizenry doesn't side with anyone, the only people who believe the 'global citizenry' side with them are the people who haven't bothered to examine the complexity and who confirmation bias as an indication of their correctness.
In short, I think the global citizenry are more intelligent than this.
