I do love a good legal analysis - they're great fun and very enjoyable to write. They just have to be so precise and I can't get away with being too opinionated and sassy.

This whole case was chaotic from start to finish - but it followed due legal process, so we are where we are. My concerns are more about how the general public tends to wade into cases like this, under informed, over opinionated and add to the overall woe and confusion.
