I don't think anti-racism is the answer to racism. I think anti-racism is anathema to solving the problems presented by racism. My belief is that anti-racism should be undertaken by a commitment to economic socialism and levelling the playing field for those disadvantaged by capitalism. Meanwhile, anti-racism largely seems to be a) middle class folks saying white people are awful and b) selling books, content and courses about how awful white people are to other middle class people and wondering why there might be a backlash from the right.
But it's okay though, because the backlash itself is evidence of racism... and that means you can add another $100 onto the price of the seminar.
I think they are two sides of the same coin, both are rooted entirely in making money. That's it. Genuine anti-racism is any action that seeks to reduce the total amount of hate in the world geared around melanin levels.... for me, that's about simultaneously challenging the divisive rhetoric of both racists and those who think the problem of racism is solved by kicking at folks with different skin colours and pretending it's a more moral position to take.
