I don't think it necessarily has a moral dimension... it just is. Labels such as good and bad are meaningless when you consider it through the lens of relativism. I would say that Western-Capitalism and the hybrid-Communism of China are going to be othering each other pretty hard right now.... the trick to stopping that developing into racism is not to presume that entire nations think with unity. Not every American is Trump and not every Chinese national is the incarnate of Mao.
