I don’t think the term ‘progressive’ is particularly helpful when we’re talking about these sorts of articles. Progression implies that there’s something moving forward, but nothing really does when you just have empty rhetoric and echo chambers. You and I are probably politically different, I’m not a Trump fan at all and I broadly sway to the centre-left, but that doesn’t mean we shouldn’t sit down and work out why we’ve come to different conclusions about how the world works.

Those sorts of articles are what I’m interested in. And I’m bored of seeing this same author curated time and time again for the same hollow empty articles. Judging by the responses to my comment, I’m not the only one.
