I don't think there's an incompatibility in what we think here. If there were no case to bring, it would not be brought and a judge would throw it out. The case is likely a strong one as you've argued - and if it is made appropriately and legally and handled carefully (ideally without prior announcement of Trump's guilt by someone like Nancy Pelosi) - then Trump will be proven guilty... at which point I will sing about his guilt from the rooftops. My point isn't that the case against him isn't strong, my point is that the case against him hasn't been heard in a court of law. :o)
