I downloaded it, pasted the Penguin PNG into the existing JPEG, then used the shapes tool to add two red lines and a text box to create the 'Squid' - then I saved it as a new JPEG - I may also have used the 'screenshot' feature. I'm not going to lie, I was very proud of myself after forty five minutes of dicking around like a novice. I suspect there's probably a button on some software which does it in less than ten seconds - but that's not in my skillset.
