I dunno. Maybe we should mandate that every 100m race at the Olympics be won by Asian guys, cos they haven’t won it (ever) – and that’s unequal. We should perhaps level up the different death rates by suicide by executing old people and women…. As most suicides are young men. Maybe we should mandate that 50% of surgery is done by people without degrees because it’s usually done by people who are qualified and have degrees. Equality is complicated. Equity is a much better thing to push for.
