I enjoy being creative. I write what I want to write here - and I rarely bang out ‘content’. Most of my creativity is to be found in my screenplays and plays - medium is a fun side hustle where people read what I write and I get instant feedback. That’s rare in my sphere of creative writing, where acknowledgement emails are often months in the making.

I’ve seen plenty of people come in, drink the Kool aid about instant monetary success and then drop out when they realise it’s not as easy as it appears. Even if you churn out Medium based nonsense for six months, it still won’t be worth the time. This place is ideal for those who persist, and persistence is a product of happiness, and that is a product of enjoying creativity :o)
