I feel this was an ambitious ending.... but I am prepared to accept that the vast majority of people who read your work understand why.... and there is at least one Penguin somewhere in the multiverse who can get on the blower to the rest of us and fill in the gaps about rolling waveforms and universes down a hill. :o)
