I find your comment hilariously oversensitive. The current VP (Kamala Harris) is the only person who can be inferred from her existing position. Ex-Presidents are numerous as are Supreme Court Justices.

And I doubt the US audience is as familiar with British politicians as we are with yours - that's why I named them all. Including the very brown and very female British Home Secretary Pritti Patel. But don't you worry about that, it doesn't play into your world view - you make sure you keep your narrow focus on the bit you want to be offended by.

So, in answer to your question. No. I don't find it racist or sexist - but you're allowed to.
