I have decided what I work for per-hour. If a company wishes to employ me, they either get me at that wage, or I adjust the amount of working time I actually have to suit and do my own writing projects in the background. I am very good at my job, but I very much do it on my own terms and my boss is well aware. I am probably no longer conventionally employable due to my 'fuck that' approach to all things corporate.

Fun fact, I also don't go to meetings. Sometimes I read the minutes.
