I have found the liberation of being a penguin somewhat fun. I do occasionally share my writing with people who know my real identity, but for the most part my followers accept that I am an ageless, genderless, raceless penguin – it forces people to concentrate on what I write rather than who I am. It’s been almost two years of penguinimity and I wouldn’t change it for the world.
