I have many friends who are therapists who firmly believe that these things, if properly implemented would drastically reduce their client list - however, they also acknwowledge (as I do too) that each of these things is an entire mountain of unacheivable in some instances - as you've said, quite rightly, it is a matter of what every individual is going through.
