I have some fairly strong views on the banality of safe spaces, Medium seems pretty awash with mild inoffensive articles about philosophical nitrogen - there is a place for those of us that piss people off though - provided we do it respectfully.

Alongside the 'non-offensive' are also the 'very offensive but in line with social justice or capitalism' articles - those are also heavily lauded, though god only knows why.

It seems people are allergic to thinking and scared by the prospect of having challenging thoughts that might change their mind. A mind that cannot be changed or developed is not a mind worth having. :o)
