I have taught plenty of children like this… and they are an absolute menace and burden to their parents. Part of the reason I no longer teach is the proliferation of these twenty somethings. I watched them twist from carefree teenagers and Machiavellian style parent each other via social media until they all conformed - like a woke Borg. It was very depressing.
