I like this.... I particularly like the use of Penguins as a learning point -but you've managed to encapsulate much of what I've been thinking about the reductionist aspect of every discussion I attempt to have with race writers on the platform.... I suppose I could be called a class-reductionist, and it's a fair point, but I think racism is perpetuated by economics more than most people believe. An interesting article and very well written. :o)
